God's Goodness Pours Forth

Gods’ goodness pours forth

In an abundance of grace

My vessel cannot contain it

I must let it flow out to others

Giving from God’s overflow

Changes fear to blessed assurance

Embraces others who have

Faltered on this path

Draws forth courage to continue

Reaching out to discover

Our hurt and pain

Has fled with the overflow

Of His grace

I find peace and acceptance

To meet this day in Truth

And God’s justice will prevail

I am molded in His Love

And the fiery dragon has no teeth

The demons rush forth into

The sea

Woman is free from woe

Let us rise no longer on

Tip toes or stiletto heels

To some MAN

But on luminous wings

To turn God’s grace

Into steely threads

Of universal strength

For our daughters and

Granddaughters

Grandmothers Unite.
